My body was pulled by someone until I stumbled to his side. I had turned to the person in high emotion and was ready to scold him, but it was David who pulled my hand.

"If you expose Hilbert's secret here and your father finds out, do you think things will be okay," he whispered commenting on my words just now.

"Since when are you here? And please, let go of my hand. I have nothing to do with you," I snapped back, jerking her hand away.

Unfortunately, my jerk failed. David continued to grip my hand as if he knew I was going to get Hilbert in a fight again.

"Hey! I said let go of me!" I snapped harshly. In the midst of the chaos, my gaze accidentally fell on Hilbert whose face turned furiously red.
