"Shimon used to spend most of the time in her private garden that I built for her .The place behind our house where the barren land is was used to be a beautiful garden ". I lowered the picture of Shimon towards Alex for her to see ."This was the only time I saw her smile so bright". It was an old picture of Shimon in a white frock with a few red roses in her little fist smiling brightly at the camera.There white patches on the picture because of how long it had been kept inside the journal but one can not miss the flush and innocent glow on my little sister's face. Her gray eyes sparkled just like our mother.

She took the picture and looked down but within a fraction of second Alex's eyes grew wide in shock and something closed to disbelief. Her face turned white.She looked back at me then at the photo.
