Chapter 92

The Mage had been waiting for Tonia for some minutes. It was time to show up for her daily lessons.

"Two minutes more!" the Mage muttered to himself. That was how long he would spare before going to force her out of wherever she was hiding herself

"That was too long. I'm here already" Tonia's voice whispered.

It sounded like it was within the Mage's head.

He was startled. He turned around and around pushing off some jars off the table. The noise coupled with the startling made the Mage fell off his feet.

He quickly got back up on his feet. He stared around looking for Tonia. It was making him mad.

"Where are you?" he finally asked loudly.

"I'm everywhere. I'm a goddess. Have you forgotten?" her voice came up again and she laughed faintly.

"What is happening?" the Mage gasped. He was about to run out of the room when Tonia pulled him back.

"Who are you?" he asked with fright.

"I'm Tonia, your daughter. Of course" she replied slowly to tease him.
