Chapter 6 Part 4 Aberdeen Loss & Love
After leaving my parent's house, I drove through the countryside looking for the one place my mother asked me never to talk about, her coven. My mother never really talked about them. It's forbidden.
Slowing the car to a stop, I glance around for any sign of the old coven, but everything looks the same. My eyes caught sight of a run-down sign for a school to the left of me. Quickly, I turned off, going down the drive. As I approached the sign, I stopped getting out to investigate the tarnished words displayed.
Covered in vines, I ripped them away to see the letters clearer. The sign said school for the gifted. I glanced around to see if I could see the building, but nothing was there. Then I thought, what if grandma Sukie put a cloaking spell around the coven to keep others from finding it?
