Chapter sixty three

Raiden’s POV

I drove to my brother Gaven's place, knowing I needed to talk to someone about what was going on with Davina. I couldn't keep pretending like everything was okay, especially when I felt like I was falling apart inside every time I saw her with Ignacio.

"Hey, bro. How are you doing?" I said, knocking on his door.

Gaven opened the door and greeted me with a smile. "Hey, man. I'm good. What's up?"

"I need to talk to you about something. Can we sit down?" I said, stepping inside.

"Of course," he replied, leading me to the living room.

We sat down on the couch, and I took a deep breath. "It's about Davina," I said, looking down at my hands.

Gaven raised an eyebrow. "What about her?"

"I've been acting like a fool around her lately, and I can't keep doing that. I need to focus on business and give her some space," I said, feeling the weight of my words.
