I’ve always been more powerful than other Alphas. I didn’t know why until I found out who my mother really is. She’s a Lycan and the former Alpha Queen.

She gave her title up to stay with my father who turned out to be her fated mate. A foolish move if you would ask me.

I didn’t get why she would give up her position because of love. Being at the top... having immense power. There's nothing that can compare to that. She was the rightful Queen so if she decided to be with her fated mate, no one would blame her. The only reason she handed over the title to that imposter is because of Rex.

She may have produced me out of love, but she still loved that fucker. So to secure his place on the throne, she left her pack and came here to become a mere Luna for a small, pathetic pack.

Her other son will become the Alpha King but the title should have been mine in the first place. If my mother chased that man out and brought her mate in, it would have been me in Rex’s place.
