Author: Ah!!! You're definitely my favorite character now!

Tristan: I'm glad to hear this.

Author: So, what do you think of Chris? Do you like him?

Tristan:............. Chapter 2 begins

Author: You didn't answer my question.

Reaching the main house (Where the alpha and his family lives) and getting in, Tristan was shown the room he would be staying in. Rejecting Chris's offer of providing him food since he was too tired to eat.

He didn't even look around the unfamiliar room as his mind was only screaming for two things, bed and pillow.

After Chris bid him goodbye, he immediately fell on the bed, going asleep the second he fell down on it. Tristan decided he would think of other matters tomorrow for now, he would do as his body wanted.

His wolf wasn't exactly happy with his relaxed attitude as they were in an unfamiliar place but at the end of the day, he didn't get to do anything about it because Tristan was already fast asleep, lying down like a dead person. But, there's a difference between him and a dead person. He was breathing.

          *****๐Ÿบ*****

After a long amazing sleep, Tristan woke up like he just had a nightmare, looking around at the unfamiliar room.

It took him a few seconds to recall where he was and he relaxed a little. He was safe. He didn't know why he had this thought but he did feel exactly that.

Wait! He needed a bath! And this realisation suddenly hit him. If he remembered correctly, he wasn't able to take a bath last night!

He was must be stinking like shit!

And almost immediately, he rushed off the bed, heading to the bathroom.

Is 1pm in the afternoon, of course, Tristan had no idea of this. He couldn't even see or feel the sun rays because of the dark thick curtains covering the windows. Maybe that's probably the reason why he was able to sleep with no interruptions.

For the first time, since he started his journey, he was able to sleep well. Who wouldn't? After sleeping on that magical bed and its amazing pillows.

The truth is, he wouldn't mind staying......... no! he can't be building up hopes again just to get them crushed! His poor hopes.

And so he decided. He will leave after he cleans up and thank his helper. Okay maybe have breakfast when it's offered to him. Little food won't hurt anyone right?

After freshening up, Tristan immediately went for his travelling bag which was beside the left side of the bed. Picking it up and placing it on the bed, he opened the bag and took out the cloths he chose to wear.

A plain T-shirt with jeans and sneakers. Then, after getting himself ready, he packed up only his old cloths since he didn't necessarily unpack his stuffs. Getting all his luggage ready, he sat on the bed, a smile his face, feeling good.

Come to think of it, its been a while since he last polished his nails. Maybe he should polish his nails and apply eyeliner before he heads out, he thought but brush it away. On second thought, now wasn't the time. He could maybe do it when he gets into his car.

Tristan decided.

Just when he was about to take his travelling bag, a knock sounded out. Immediately, he turned to the direction of the door, wondering who it could be.

His heart beginning to race faster in fear but then his cautious mind didn't take him anywhere because the person at the other side of the door spoke. "Is me, Chris"

Tristan calmed down knowing it was just Chris. Still seated on the bed, he breathed out in relieve. "You still not up?" Chris asked, wondering if it was a good idea to come knocking at the door when the guy might still be resting since he slept late.

Tristan looked extremely tired this morning and maybe it was a bad idea to be here. Yeah, it wasn't a good idea.

Chris turned to leave, deciding to come back later. However, he immediately stopped in his tracks when he heard Tristan's response. "I'm up, please come in".

Tristan decided to reply when he heard Chris's footsteps and could only guess the guy thought he was asleep and, so decided to leave.

He wasn't asleep and though he was scared to find out his fate from Chris, he still didn't feel right sending the gentleman away with a lie just because he was afraid.

Seconds later, the door opened and Chris entered, shutting the door behind him. Tristan was once again stunned to see the handsome man. He didn't really notice he was this handsome earlier (When he first arrived) cause it was dark. Not like he couldn't see his face well for Peter's sake the whole place was screaming light, but it wasn't like seeing the real deal in broad daylight.

And the real deal he was seeing now was breathe taking. He could literally see his exact looks and he must say, the guy was gorgeous.

Tall, handsome, red hair and scarlet red eyes. Chris was gorgeous! Jake would definitely drop dead if he was to see him now.

Noticing Chris was staring at him just as he was before. Tristan frowned, thinking maybe he had something on his face. He wiped his face with hand, still with that frown on his face.

"Is something on my face?" Tristan asked, meeting Chris's gaze. 'He's cute' Chris thought, smiling. "So?" Tristan asked again. Chris then cleared his throat to reply. "No, I was just thinking your hair colour and eyes are unusual"

Oh that.....didn't surprise him. Tristan has heard this more than once growing up so he didn't think it was news.

Because of his sliver hair and pale emerald color of his eyes, he was usually insulted, criticized in his former pack by those he grouped as jealous and envious people.

There were also some who commented him for being cute, others went with handsome, Sexy. Not to forgot, some people also went as far as saying he was a badass. Judging by the cloths he wore.

Tristan looked weak just like every other omega but he strong. He believe his strength comes from his mouth. And I don't disagree with that. Tristan can dress you up with insults till you cry and he shows no mercy doing that.

Anyway, back to the story

Tristan looked nothing like an alpha. He was short, had a small and slender body, short sliver haired and pale emerald eyes.

To some as he said, he was cute, handsome, sexy and badass but he wasn't one to think of what others thought of him nor does he think about how he looked. He was himself and he didn't plan on changing for anyone.

"Do you find it disgusting? Even if you do I can't change" Growing up, Tristan has heard some people calling him disgusting, a freak just because his hair color and eyes were different and usual.

He thought he would ask a negative question first instead of embarrassing himself by asking a positive question in case Chris's thought wasn't positive.

"No, I'm just fascinated. I've never seen someone like you before. I think you're cute no, maybe beautiful, or.....

"I get it, thank you" Tristan said, blushing. This was the first time someone complimented him that he found himself blushing. Maybe it was because this person who complimented him looked so sincere with no hidden agenda until the others who used to look at him with lustful eyes. Looking like they would jump on him any second.

Those guys were monsters and they used to terrify the shit out of him.

*Clear throat, Tristan cleared his throat, asking, "So, do you need something?"

Snapping out of his own thoughts, Chris answered, "Oh, yes, I wanted to ask if you wanted lunch " Tristan furrowed his brows in confusion.

"Lunch? Don't people eat breakfast before lunch? Is your pack special or something?" That could be the only explanation.

"Oh, that's right" said Chris as he walked towards the window. Reaching, he spread the dark thick curtains into two, showing Tristan it was noon. Tristan could the message as he closed his eyes, the sun rays hit his poor eyes big time. "What the fuck?!" He exclaimed.

"Is noon" Chris said, smiling. He then walked passed Tristan, heading for the door out.

"Come down, you still have to meet our alpha" before he walked out and closed the door.

"You have got to be fucking with me" Tristan said, still with his eyes closed. It was noon? Noon? Just how many hours did he sleep?!!

Oh, right, I almost forgot. Tristan is foulmouthed.

           *********๐Ÿบ๐Ÿบ********

Next scene.......

Tristan thought he was finally seeing a mansion suitable for an alpha of a pack as he was walking down the hallway, heading down stairs to the dining.

The mansion was just elegant and also magnificent. It (The mansion) was literally glittering with all kinds of fancy and expensive stuffs, making Tristan think if he maybe offended the deities in his past life, that they decided to throw him into that garbage former pack of his.

Feasting his eyes, Tristan looked around like a tourist on tour for the first time in a certain country untill he reached the dinning.

He was stunned to see a kid around the age of three or maybe four seated on the table, having snacks. By the kid's scent, he was an alpha. Good for him.

He didn't know what to say and looking at the kid, it seems he hadn't noticed him yet. Or maybe he has. The kid was a werewolf after all. Could be the kid was ignoring him (Tristan). Okay this thought depressed him.

*Sigh, he sighed, giving his attention to the three other people in the room.

Tristan greeted them and the butler who introduced himself as James, instructed the two maids whom he called as Sandy and Minna to serve him (Tristan) while he sat down.

Taking Tristan by a surprise, the kid suddenly said,  "Hi" smiling. Okay so it wasn't what he was thinking. The kid wasn't ignoring him. Great!

Looking at the kid Tristan concluded, the kid wasn't just cute but also friendly and nice, maybe easy to talk to as well.

"Hi" replied Tristan. The kid stopped eating and focus his attention on Tristan. "I'm Alan" Tristan smiled. The kid really was adorable.

"Well, Alan, am Tristan"

"Then.... Can I call you Tris?" Alan said, looking down with a look that stated 'I'm pitiful' but damn if he didn't look even more cute.

Tristan cleared his throat with his eyes closed, seem to be in thought. The kid looked so bored and he wouldn't mind spending time with him but, he shouldn't be bonding when he would be leaving, that too, on the same day. But he also couldn't reject the kid, not with that look.

"Okay, you can call me Tris" Alan looked at Tristan with sparkling eyes. His face beaming with happiness. 'Too bright' Tristan thought, covering his eyes with his hand. He begun to think if it was a good idea involving himself with the kid.

Tristan looked around, witnessing the two maids Minna and Sandy smiling happily at the scene.

The butler James on the other hand seemed suspicious of him as he eyed Tristan with a stern look or should he say an intimidating look? Anyway, the man looked like he didn't like him.

And he hope they fix this soon before he leaves. He wasn't a bad person. He just wanted a place to call home.
