CHAPTER 81. PLAN B

ATHENA'S POV

Perched on the towering tree trunk in my wolf form, I felt the weight of the forest below and the fear that gripped me. My legs trembled, and the wind whispered through the leaves, urging me to take the leap. Doubt crept in as I gazed down at the distant ground.

‘Avory, you do realize, we are pregnant right? What if this harms the baby?’ It clicked a little too late in my mind, but better late than never.

‘Our baby is hardly a fetus right now. It hasn't taken any shape, so you are good. I'm not sutpid to tell you to do all of this if it hurts the baby. Besides, it is better and advised for an Arctic wolf to train as much as she can during pregnancy. The stronger the training, the more the baby will learn, the stronger it will be.’

‘You do realize that makes no sense.’

‘It makes all the sense when you see that you are a sore weakling since your mother didn't bother to bring out her real Arctic wolf abilities.’ Ouch. ‘Now jump. And make sure to land on your all fours.’
