IRENE'S POV

Happy over the fact that the people were all happy to see me standing, not being waved off by the death of mother, truth be told I'm so saddened by mother's death but I would not sob forever, I've got a position to occupy and lead.

Standing in front of the crowd, the hall was filled with Witches from different covens, I was happy that we had enough resources to take care of everyone, knowing that if they head back to their lands they would be vulnerable to attacks, as the saying goes 'United we stand divided we fall'.
