I looked back and forth between Selene and typhon. I started to feel nervous, and I felt as if I was going to be sick.

“Demi, have you ever wondered about your parents?”

Responding to Typhons question, I nodded my head.

“I did when I was younger, but because all Keres are taken from their parents after a certain age, I never thought a whole lot about it. Then when I finished training three years ago, I was assigned to you guys. I have been assigned to watch over Ryder for the majority of that time. As you both know by now, he has taken up all the free space in my mind.”

“You never wondered why you are assigned to two gods at once? What about the fact that you have never been assigned to any gods other than Typhon and I?” Selene’s brought up some good questions. I had never really thought about it.

Now that she mentions it, I have never known of another Keres being assigned to two gods at once. Hmm… I have definitely neve
