Amelia's POV

I slowly opened my eyes as I came into consciousness. The room was dark, dimly lit and I felt like I was in a tight corner. I tried getting up but I couldn't, my hands weren't by my side. My legs were bound with rope and my hands were tied to my back.

There was a little window, afar and from there I could see that we were in the day, light wasn't coming through it because it had a transparent glass.
