Shifting into a beautiful white wolf, Scarlett paced quickly, her feet scarcely making contact with the ground, as the moon illuminated the plains in a silvery glow.

As she planned to distract Adrian, she asked Rona to break all the magical barriers around her. Though for the second time in her life, she was now a complete divine wolf.

The blue mark of glory on her forehead shone brightly with an otherworldly resemblance.

She looked amazing even in her wolf form.

While shifting into her wolf, she thought she would be fast enough to escape Adrian but she never thought he would be catching up to her in no time.

Shouldn't he be worried about his caravan? Why the heck is he still chasing me? Scarlett wondered when she noticed Adrian didn't hesitate following her into the darkness of the groves.

She glanced back again and again, her heart pounding, seeing Adrian's silhouette gaining on her.
