Flora turned and saw Hannah.
"Come and give me a hug, Flora," she said and Flora smiled. She walked to the woman and hugged her dearly.
Hannah and Flora sat at the living room, "how was school?" Hannah asked.
"Fine," Flora pretended like nothing was wrong with her. She even hide the expression so well that it would be hard for anyone to know that she was going through a tough time.
"Flora, something is going on with you. I was informed your mother died a long time ago, I'm so sorry about that. If you don't mind, you can simply refer to me as your mother," Hannah said.
She didn't have any children anyways, if Flora would consider her as a mother, she would be very happy for the rest of her life.
