Theda POV

The last few days have just been a sort of hell-living for me. Okay, I shouldn't exaggerate. But, since I returned to the Omega quarters a few days ago in new clothes, I've been having a lot of silent attacks from everyone.

When I had returned that day, Zoey had personally asked me what punishment I had undergone in the packhouse. And it seemed like her whole world came crashing in front of her when I told her that the Alpha and I only had a few talks and he dismissed me.

She could believe it. I guess they were expecting me to return after mercilessly being punished by Alpha Tyler. Yes, I had thought that would happen but it didn't, and I'm feeling lucky. Maybe it's my late father covering my deeds and saving me from the Alpha.

Lena, when I had met that wench whom I'm sure purposely trained ferociously with me and wanted to get rid of me, she was surprised to see me with no bruises.
