Chapter fifty five

Dax threw me onto the ground with a hard landing and then covered me with his body to make sure I wasn't getting hit with the bullets that were flying all around us. 

As I lay there I could see our wolves getting hit and I wasn't liking this one bit, if they had silver knives the chances are they might have silver bullets, so our wolves wouldn't make it with a silver bullet inside them we would have a very short period of time to remove the bullet before the silver had spread too far in their body and then nothing we did would help them. 

No matter how good we are at fighting or how fast we are we couldn't win against silver bullets. I knew that this time there was no choice I had to do something I couldn't just lay here with everyone dying when I could do something about it. 

With Dax on top of me I would have to concentrate more than ever to make sure that he didn't get any of the blast on the way out of me to them. I lay there and closed my eye
