Amara's POV

The weather was chilly which made me scared not for myself alone but for my baby. As time passed, I got used to my condition and began to love my unborn child.

I wondered how it would feel to carry my baby in my arms and show him the love that he deserved. I didn't know the sex of the baby because it wasn't time yet and I was almost done with my first trimester.

I had thought that I wouldn't be able to survive without Luciano but I coped fine, even though I wanted out of Dee's house.

The cold made me buckle my knees so I could provide warmth for my baby since I was naked.

I hadn't eaten anything yet, so I covered my body with a blanket and walked towards the kitchen to get food. I regretted kicking the food I was served away because I was very hungry and so was my child.
