After a while enjoying the company of my cousin and my great friend, I asked permission to go to the bathroom to see how my makeup was. I entered Hector’s family home and went to his room. All I wanted was to have a few minutes alone to recover from the whirlwind of emotions I was feeling from the moment I said yes on that altar.
