Chapter one hundred and two

Luke’s POV

From the night we found her caught in our trap in the woods, there was something different about her. I couldn't tell if it was in a good way or a bad way.

And as I watched her grow conscious, there was something in her eyes that made me think she would have a hard time trusting us completely.

And when she told me why she was on the run, her story sounded even more tragic to me than before, and I began thinking it wasn't just me imagining things. She wasn't really telling me all she was trying to do, and I had no idea who she really was.

Sara was like a puzzle, I couldn't piece together - one of my favorite things to do was play with pieces and try to figure them out. But for some reason I kept losing sight of what I was supposed to be doing. And maybe I never would understand Sara.
