65. After Wedding

After the wedding ceremony, like any typical newlyweds, Celine and Zack proceeded with a series of traditional rituals along with the reception. Ideally, after the reception held at the bride's house, the newlyweds would be escorted to the groom's house. However, due to the considerable distance between their hometown, it took quite some time, so the groom had to spend their first night at the bride's residence. The next day, a procession from the bride's side would bring them back to the groom's house.

Celine and Zack seemed awkward around each other. They felt both happy and shy, a common occurrence for newlywed couples. Once all the guests and Zack's family left, Celine and Zack could finally breathe a sigh of relief. They then changed into more comfortable clothes and quickly freshened up.
