Lola - On the morning of Saturday, the 15th This week has passed in a blur. I still haven’t seen Damien since we arrived, which breaks my heart. I’ve been distracted by everyone paying close attention to me and caring for my needs. “Wake up, Damien,” yelling my command but not meaning to. He only stirs, making me push at his shoulder, repeating it. His eyes eventually shoot open, looking bloodshot. Lola - On the Evening of Saturday the 15th I let in Gio and Markum at the special knock. I’m happy to see them, but I was expecting Damien first. They haven’t noticed me, making my mind flutter. I want them both and need to set the pace. Grabbing my ointment, I skipped to Justine with a smile. She applies it softly to my sore spots, kissing me after application. She’s happier now than she has been all week. This is how it’s supposed to be. Justine - On Saturday the 22nd Another week passes with Damien being a slave to us. Not once has he faltered, showering us in his comforting embrace. No more sulking as he watches us sleep, and he doesn’t leave in the early morning. Lola’s better now for it, no longer having nightmares or panic attacks. She hasn’t needed a sedative since her stand on the matter. Her bruises are fading but can still be covered with make-up or scarves. Damien removes them every chance he gets to kiss her nape apologetically. I think it’s the only reason Lola wears them. And Damien falls for it every time.
