I’ve never been in a situation where I had to take on this many vampires at once. Actually, I've never taken on a vampire before killing Amir. Not only that, but Drake still doesn’t seem to understand that as a Guardian and his mate, it’s my job to protect him. My father’s actions make me wonder if he is the one going against the Guardians. I can tell that Leana had no idea that vampires had the ability to attach themselves to the ceiling. In truth, you have to be a powerful vampire to do it. I always thought it was a fun trick after I became a vampire. I would practice walking on the ceiling in my grandfather’s castle.
