CHAPTER 44

Dylan was sceptical because of Blair.

He didn't want to make mistakes that would affect her. So he decided to think carefully, to take his time.

He already opted to use connections but he had not decided whom.

His phone rang this time and it was his father. He decided that he would pick up. His father. That was the connection, he thought.

"Hello, father." He greeted the older man.

"Dylan. You haven't been taking my calls. What's this news I hear about the company? Are you slacking off now?" The man asked with his thick voice.

"I'm sorry dad. I've just been busy and I am not slacking off. I'm trying to fix the problem." He explained and rubbed his head.

"Okay. Aside from that, what is the issue with Blair? Don't think I don't know what's going on and don't you lie to me, young man." His father warned.
