WRITER'S POV

“Hello, Uncles.”

Jack Williams and Noah Williams turned.

“I must be seeing wrong. Isn't this our dear nephew, Noah?” Jack Williams and Noah Williams exchanged astonished looks which quickly morphed into an unpleasant one.

“What brings our dearest nephew to a place like this?”

“Beats me. His name and pictures are all over the media. He is at a risk of losing his position in the group but he chose to come here instead,” Jack sneered. He looked up at Lawrence. “Are you sure you are at the right place?”

Lawrence chuckled. He drew out a seat from an empty table which he pulled to his uncles’ table and sat down.

“Well, it hasn't been easy for me these past days, no thanks to someone,” he stated calmly as he poured himself a drink.

Both Noah and Jack Williams exchanged another look and busted into laughter.

“But, don't you think you are being rude right now? There are empty tables. What makes you think you can sit at the same table with us? Your mother truly didn't teach you
