Daisy's POV

"It's okay Angel, open your eyes, no one here is going to hurt you. Never again" I hear a soothing voice say and I suddenly open my eyes to see Hunter.

"Hunter, I'm bleeding" I say sitting up on the comfortable bed in a strange room. When I look down at my stomach though, I see no blood.

"What's going on?" I say holding my head to calm the pounding.

"Did Lily make it home safe? Wait, what happened to you? Why do you look old?" I say after looking at him more closely.

He looked like someone in his late twenties.

Hunter's worried gaze is the only thing I see before everything goes dark once more.

"She doesn't seem to remember the latter part of her life after the incident, Dr. Keller" I hear Hunter utter in a muffled voice.

"Let her rest some more, it'll all come back" I hear a female voice respond before I fall back into a dreamless sleep.
