Frier’s POV

A lot of thoughts were running through my mind as I got comfortable in Lucious’ ride but the word ‘comfort’ was far in line. Something more obscure like turbulence and turmoil seemed to reside in my depths and they were for good reasons.

It was just me and the driver in the space of the car but I felt suffocated. The feeling of having to return to Harrington residence was unsettling and like a slow burn it was constantly consuming my ability to be rational.

I would finally be facing Juliet tonight and with what I know of her she’s definitely a nutcase. It all makes sense now, the terrifying person that Luke couldn’t stand was Juliet.
