Chapter fifty one: Don’t touch Arya

Nick’s POV

My office door swung open and the news I didn’t want to hear flew through Klaus lips. “Your father request a meeting with you at his residence”.

Although my gaze was still as water I could guess the turmoil that awaits. Regardless, I wasn’t gonna let Adam’s brutal intentions towards Arya come to light.

“Get the car ready” I finally commanded knowing ignoring this encounter wasn’t gonna to cut it.

The car kicked into motion while Klaus words rang in my head “madam went straight to her apartment after the check up” he announced wrinkling my perfect brow’s arc but it soon relaxed at the thought. ‘Maybe it’ll be better for her to stay away while I get Adam sorted out’. Still, it felt like she couldn’t wait to get as far away as possible from me. I couldn’t help wondering, was I too strict not letting anyone visit? But that was the only way she’d recover fast and eat healthy.
