I pull up in the driveway way past ten o'clock. Amy looks wearing a yellow sundress with her hair in a high ponytail. She seems to be occupied in her own thoughts, probably good thoughts about a few minutes ago. I smile at my own recollection of the morning.

"I hope Sophia is not so mad at me for making her wait for too long," Amy says while we walk to the porch.

"Don't worry about her. She won't be any less excited," I give her hand a reassuring squeeze and she gives me a small smile. I hope yesterday's events don't affect Amy's visit.

"Hi, Amy. I am so happy you made it," Sophia beams at Amy when she walks into the house.

"Ofcourse I had to come. I wouldn't miss coming over to see you for anything else in the world," she says with a reflected grin. Except some hot sex with Jace, I add for her though I don't say it out loud. Sophia gives her a pat on the arm and leads her out of the living room leaving me ignored as usual. I am kinda getting
