Chapter 28

Clair's p.o.v

I was in so much pain as I kept my voice in. My body was trembling badly and it was covered in sweat. I couldn't hear my friends' words clearly but I could tell that they were panicking.

I was grabbed by a hand roughly and forced to stand up.

I looked at the snake man in front of me then stumbled.

Before I could fall, he quickly held my waist lifting me up on his shoulders ( caveman style ).

I wanted to hit him badly and yell at him to drop me, but I had no strength left in me.

All I could do was stay still as he walked out of the dungeon.

I closed my eyes when I felt dizzy and tried to normalize my breathing. My throat felt like it was closing up and it was getting hard for me to breathe.

I was thrown on the bed roughly in a second as the pain Intensified.

I wanted to sit upright but he pushed me down.

"Stay still." He ordered when he leaned in.

I was about to refuse when he bit down my neck. The sharp stabbing pain that pierced my heart made me tear up.
