Iris's p.o.v

The portal opened from the ground and I slowly came out while looking around.

The sun was shining so bright that I could see clearly. But what surprised me the most was how the place looked. I expected the place to be more of a desert, not a forest!.

I was surrounded by trees and green plants everywhere.

"It won't be that bad," I whispered to myself seriously. Where they were plants and trees meant there was life.

I was about to take a step forward but stopped when I saw a small brown rabbit ahead grazing on green grass. It looked very cute and calm, but behind it near the bushes was a large red fox that was watching it closely.

The scene was supposed to be boring to me because I had seen how most predators hunted down their prey, yet I just wanted to see what was going to happen.

When the fox leaped from its hiding place to attack the rabbit, the rabbit's head turned backward and from its open mouth came out a dark shadow that had the form of a beast. It attacked the fox
