I was already so bored of mom's advice. She had come to my office since about two hours ago, and had said she wanted to spend some time with Seth and me. Well, there was no big deal about that, but could someone tell her that this was eight already? Seth and I were supposed to go on a date, but now, she had made that not to happen.
"So, Louella, you'll have to respect him, okay? That's how to be a good woman to your husband," mom announced.
"Mom!" I whined, and threw my arms up. The corner of my eyes could see Seth laughing at me, which was quite embarrassing. "We aren't even married yet! Please, stop this now, huh? I'm not comfortable with this conversation any longer."

I was so, so anxious. While the doctors had been trying to restore Erin's health, due to the loud wail from Louella, they had had no choice but to ask us to leave the room. And, that made me even more scared.
