Forty One

After his banter with Bellona, Zephyr walked back to his office angrily and kept on pacing back and forth.

What would he do with Bellona? She was hell bent on frustrating him and she was doing a great job at it. How was he going to survive with her and her stubbornness.

Zephyr didn't know what to do. He had never been this confused in his entire life. He needed to learn how to keep his emotions in check whenever he was around her as she knew his weakness and he was sure she'd use it against him. He decided that he'd try to be immune to her so that her attempts to frustrate him will be futile.

Zephyr heard a knock on the door and quickly put himself together. He didn't want anyone to see him in that state. "Come in" He said in a low voice. He didn't need to be loud for the person on the other side of the door to hear him as werewolves had incredible hearing.
