The sound of the machine in the hospital beeping was heard. Whispers among the nurses did not miss from being heard by Kimberly.

She was on the bed, not able to move or felt anymore pain in her lower abdominal body. One could mistake her for being dead.

For the past few hours, she stared at the ceiling. A mild sedative was given to her, to calm her mind that was not doing so well after hearing the news.

She became violent and the nurses had to strap her to the bed for her own safety.

The news had taken away her hope for a future for her to be with Sebastian. It had crushed her heart and her soul. Tears were not helping her much. Tears had dried out from her eyes.
