Katie layed on the bed as if there was no life in her. She felt a bit tired waking up from sleep.

It's was morning and since Katie's parents were not around, she didn't even bother to get up from the bed.

She yawned, opening her mouth so wide as if she wanted to swallow someone as she hears her phone rings.

The phone rang the first time and ended and she didn't picked. She was finding it difficult to get up from the bed to get the phone as she was charging it near her reading table.

It rings the second time, at this point, she couldn't ignore it because she was wondering on wether it is her mom that was the one actually calling.

She stood up from the bed slowly, walked towards where the phone was being charged. She saw that it was her cousin, Andy who was calling.

She hissed "Hello, whatup," she asked robing her eye while sitting on the reading table.

"I dey oo cousin. How is your parents doing,?" He asked.

"They are fine but not at home now,"
