Episode 29 - Run with Me

Asher's POV

I did not remember moving away from Phoebe's family living room last night.

I found myself in a strange and smelly room. My throat felt sore from all the yelling.

I sat up and tried to take in my surroundings. It was then I realized that I had slept on an old couch in the same room with my long lost friend. No wonder the room was so smelly.

"I was hoping you'd die in your sleep," he said looking up from his laptop.

"Yeah, good morning to you too, sweetheart," I sneered at him.

He closed his laptop and stood from the bed.

"It's a small world after all. We finally meet again," he said letting out a stupid laugh.

I rolled my eyes and managed to stand.

"How's Phoebe?"

"I'm pretty sure she's perfect without you around. Now get ready, your dad's coming to pick you up."

I grunted and balled my fists, trying hard to restrain myself.

I was going to have to deal with him later.
