Chapter 13

I remembered Father’s cold stare as we reported to him when we got back to the mansion. That icy cold eyes that hunt my sleep even as a young child.

I walked towards the mirror and I saw that same hideous blue eyes, staring coldly at me. That lifeless dark blue eyes.

“It disgusts me”

If I can pluck those eyes, I would gladly do so.

I stared at the mirror for a little bit before I started walking out of my room and into the study.

“Ah, my darling daughter” I heard a vile voice echoing at the hall. I looked around and I saw that striking red hair. Behind her was a group of servants holding a lot of boxes.

“It seems that you went on a little excursion, Mother” I said eyeing the boxes with her. She walked towards me and she started stroking my hair as she smiled, like a vile snake who is about to poison her prey.

“I couldn’t help it, I am in need of new gowns, shoes, and more jewelry,” she replied. She took her hands off of me and she started walking away from me.
