Chapter 16 Territorial Creatures

"Mom, do you think there are ghosts or spirits roaming around in this manor?" Tristan asked curiously.

Audrey, who was tidying up the sheets and blankets on Thiery's bed, turned to Tristan who was sitting on the sofa, looking at her.

Thiery didn't pay much attention to his brother and were still engrossed in reading.

"Why do you say that, baby two?" Audrey asked with raised eyebrows.

"Usually in old palaces, mansions or manors, there is a dark history behind the building and there are ghosts or spirits who are trapped and guarding them," Tristan answered seriously.

Thiery snorted softly. "Come on, Tristan, you watch too many horror films and read books about ghosts," said Thiery as he closed his book.

Thiery was the child who was born earlier than his twin, and as if representing that he was a few minutes older than his twin, he always acted more serious and calmer. He likes things academic, organized, and quieter.
