Heartbreaks

Somewhere in Illinois, Ryan was laid to rest.

No one was present in the funeral, except Stephanie, Diana, and Edward. It was a month after his death and Edward was recovering very quickly.

Despite Diana's insistence for him to rest he refused and really wanted to organize a large funeral ceremony for Ryan.

"Edward, is that necessary?" had been Diana's reply.

"Yes, babe." he answered "I know he doesn't deserve it but still we're brothers and I acknowledge that. Things only went awry, and I still wish he had just humbled himself. We would have made the perfect duo."

"But Stephanie-" Diana had said "She's refused to speak to anyone."

Edward pulled out his phone, "She'll be fine." he said and then proceeded to make a call through when Stephanie had stepped into the room.
