"I'll get it."

Saying that, Eva bent a little to pick up her phone but paused, watching the name playing on the screen.

"Who's it?"

Naomi asked behind her and turned around, so she could hand her the phone.

"It's Leonardo!"

Eva declared, while Naomi got tense. Clearly having the idea of what her fiancé was going to talk about.

"Naomi. I'm really serious because this isn't a joke right now. You need to tell me about Eva before it becomes more messier than it already is."

Leonardo asked on the call, while Naomi gulped because he had never used that tone with her.

"So are you going to argue with me over this?"

Naomi decided to change the topic.

"Naomi, I'm serious!"

Leonardo answered.

"So am I!"

Naomi responded.

"No you are not!"

Naomi's lips parted in shock. This is when she sensed that he was being really serious because he never uses that tone with her. Not since she became pregnant he was being really gentle with her, even while talking.
