I glance back down at the sheet paper like it's my first time seeing it all over again.

"Is this really necessary?".

He raises a brow at me. "I'm a business man, Vanessa. If it's not stamped on paper, it's not a deal". That makes sense when I think about it. "Read it out loud". I glance at him disapprovingly.
