Cool Off

After leaving the library, Ashlyn knew that she needed a run in order to cool herself off. She transformed into her wolf form and then set off, letting her paws carry her in the direction they please.

As her paws hit the grass, she felt a sense of freedom. The cool breeze blew against her black fur, moving them along. Ashlyn ran until she had exhausted herself completely.

The sun was starting to set by now. She paused for a moment and raised her head to look at the setting sky. Arrays of beautiful colors spread across the vast expanse.

This brought a sense of peace to her turbulent heart.

Her paws morphed into human feet, and after changing back to her human form, she wore her clothes.

Leah's tear-filled face flashed in front of her eyes. Ashlyn ran her hand through her hair and ruffled them, making a mess out of her dark hair.

Maybe she should go and check up on her.

After all, she couldn't recall the last time she had burst off in front of her that badly.
