Used To His Antics

Ashlyn's paws pounded against the earth as she ran towards the direction of her pack. She was quickly followed by the rest of the warrior wolves. Their worried voices rang through her head.

'No wonder it was so easy to handle. Their target wasn't Redfur pack in the first place.'

'Indeed. They wanted us to be distracted, so that they could take the chance to attack our pack.'

'This was a miscalculation. Hopefully, we will be able to reach on time. There is barely anyone left to protect the pack.'

Ashlyn blocked them off in order to not let the anxiety oozing off of them to affect her. Everyone increased their pace, so that they would be able to reach the pack's vicinity on time.
