Chapter 16 : Getting MarriedRyan and Alaric were shocked at Megan's outburst. None of them expected it. They didn't even know she had it in her. She was always milk and non-confrontational. Chapter 20: The Cave.Since they left the cave, Ryan had not been able to get over Alaric's taunting. His wolf was restless, anxious to claim his new mate before someone came to take her away. When it was time to sleep, Ryan's wolf wanted to play, but Ryan refused it, insisting that they should sleep. Unfortunately for him, Megan wasn't helping matters.
