Chapter 53: Adjourned

Carly got angry and rushed towards Roy, landing a hot slap across his cheeks.

“How dare you lie against me?” she asked him angrily.

“I’m not lying, instead you are,” He said and she furrowed her brows.

“Roy, please don’t do this,” She pleaded as she felt tears gathering in her eyes.
