Many things have happened since the day of the war, good things, as well as bad. After the attack, Hope underwent an extensive recovery full of agony and pain. She not only had to face the reality of her actions but our elders in the council were not easy on her or Wes.

They were both stripped of the privilege of being alpha and had to deal with the hatred of many.

Everywhere Wesley went, he was ridiculed, spat on, and looked down on, but of course, Selene, and Tyler had a soft spot for him. They defended him every chance they got, and I don't blame them for it. Wes will always be part of our family and so will hope because she is, after all, Wesley's mate.
