CHAP 59:

When Declan woke up, he was lying in the hospital with a bandage on his head. At this moment, Alex opened the door to the room and entered. Declan sat up with his hands on his hands, frowning as he felt pain from his head spread throughout his body. He said:

"How do I look? It's bad, isn't it?"

Alex smirked, shrugged, and replied bluntly, "Not too bad. You've been in a coma for three days."

When Declan didn't say anything, Alex continued: "I heard your father say that your mother is looking for Alisa. She kept making a fuss to find her. What are your options?"

Declan's eyes turned cold; he said in a firm voice: "Don't care about my mother. Let's keep Alisa imprisoned there."

"Declan," Alex said hesitantly, "I don't know if I should tell you this or not."

Declan rubbed his temples with his hands to ease the incoming headache. "What is that?" he said in a tired voice.
