I knocked on the door the second time and Max opened the door with a mischievous smile on his face. “Thanks Max.” I said and watched as Ariel walked towards me.

“Mummy, Dad is here.” She said as I froze. “Really?”

“Yeah and it seems your ex husband doesn't want me here, he doesn't feel comfortable with you leaving Ariel with me, maybe you should school him on who I really am?” I shook my head and turned to look at Ivy.
