Chapter 32: Troubled Mind

ALLYSA'S POV

I stirred, opened my eyes and noticed the day was bright already. Lucas was sleeping so soundly and snoring quietly. I sat up, palming my head as I stared at his phone. He was on his phone early this morning, probably talking to that lady. Guilt ate me again,what if he wasn't talking to a lady? But business related issues aren't for wee hours of the morning.

I sighed, got down from the bed and walked into the bathroom to have my princess bath. He must be tired for texting into the wee hours of the morning. I felt a pang of jealousy but I brushed it off.

I only want him to stop cheating because it's disrespectful and annoying. After bathing and dressing up, I sat at the dinning table and placed an order for my breakfast. Who knows what he wants? I shrugged.

After a while,the door bell rang and I opened up for the plump woman to push the food in. After setting it on the table, she walked out and I sat down to eat.
