chapter 25 The prince is blind

Aria pov

I almost fell flat on my face on the cobblestone when I saw a huge castle in front of me. Kaida was really a king, he wasn't bluffing.

"Your majesty."

A girl appeared out of nowhere in front of Kaida, her head was in a deep low bow. I couldn't fully tell what she was, was she a human or a vampire? There was a little chain hanging by the side of her neck, it was attached to her skin with no blood in sight like it was natural.

What sort of creature was she?

"Nadia, please don't tell me you are here to nag me." Kaida said in a tired voice.

"Master have been searching for you." Nadia rose her face up from her bow.

Her eyes went between me and the king, one of her eyes was blind. The little piece of thin silver chain on her neck was like an ornament that stop at her slim collar bone, the chain was like a piece of her.
