FORGIVENESS BUT STILL NOT FRIENDS

I walked out of the room after my moment with Mabel and headed for the sitting room to meet my friends, I met them sitting on a double couch.

Even though I was still not pleased with the presence of Mabel's friends here, I still kept my cool because of my friends.

"What of Mabel?" That was the first thing they asked me.

I immediately understand that they had planned to ask for Mabel's forgiveness on behalf of the betrayals, but I won't let that happen. If Mabel was to be here, I'm sure that she would have forgiven them in no time, she was too softhearted but thank God, she has someone like me, who is strong headed.

I didn't even know what annoyed me most, is it for the fact that they betrayed Mabel or for the fact that the one they were siding it the real culprit that wanted to destroy my life and that of Mabel?
