Chapter 45: Not to Torment

"Finally, I can have my chamber again." That was Severin's remark when Thaddeus already arranged a chamber for me ever since Severin and I divorced.

I ignored him and watched as the servants were taking away my things which I would be settled in the north wing, where Thaddeus and Theodore were located. Thaddeus settled my chamber there so it was easy access for them to approach me.

The moment the door was closed, I glanced at Severin, who was glaring at me. "Get out," he ordered.

I smirked, lying on his bed. "Kid, you should know how to respect someone who is years older than you." I wanted to emphasize his age and that he was going to turn 21 years old soon. His birthday would be next month while I was going to turn 27 two months after.

Severin looked like he wanted to bark at me, but he knew that I was still holding the real fact that his mate was Madeline. "Go and return to your chamber. Academy break is over."
